• Developing the GCC GTM process by implementing improvements where there is a process gap (i.e. helping the distribution team in structuring procedures, routines and reports).
• Portraying the $ factor through Cost to Serve (Salesmen + Logistics) and to identify which parameter needs attention.
• Coordinate route profitability analysis (minimum order value, No. of visits, etc.) and GTM strategy review.
• Ensure route optimization across channels and distributions (taking into account Numeric Dist., time in the market and volumes).
• Evaluation and update of GTM GCC Key KPI's for the Check of Targets presentation.
• Maintain and monitor the technical backend management of the Handheld devices to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Communicating the Halal Market Sales Dashboard & Stock Dashboard with MTD Sales Information to the internal customers.
• Coordination with IT for implementing / modifying the changes in SAP with the goal to improve the commercial operation process across the GCC distributions.
• Manage GCC Commercial KPI's actuals (Numeric Dist. & Items per Client) update in MEREO system and ensuring accuracy in data recorded.
• Ensuring the customer and material information in SAP across the GCC is updated with all relevant and correct details.
• Analyzing and preparation of the OTC Deck sent on a weekly basis to the corporate planning team.
• Evaluation & co-ordination of Monthly KPI performance for the GCC Sales Team and updating the commission incentives payouts accordingly and communicating the summary to the higher management heads.
