• Developing the GCC GTM process by implementing improvements where there is a process gap (i.e. helping the distribution team in structuring procedures, routines and reports).

• Analyzing and preparation of the OTC Deck sent on a weekly basis to the corporate planning team.
• Evaluation & co-ordination of Monthly KPI performance for the GCC Sales Team and updating the commission incentives payouts accordingly and communicating the summary to the higher management heads.
