Location: Waad Al Shamaal City Development Project.
Coordinate successfully with the project and site leadership to create and achieve short and long-term HSE objectives, targets, strategies, and measures that prioritized and mitigated risks.
Successfully develop and carry out programs that surpassed the compliance requirements of the Government, corporate directives and industry best management practices.
Meticulously draft comprehensive project HSE plans, task/contractor specific safety and health plans, project specific mitigation plans, safety and health awareness training programs, and regulatory reports.
Astutely conduct safety assessments and inspections of project construction activities to monitor compliance with safety and health requirements.
Deftly ensure the preparation of pre-established and systematic working methods within the organization to meet the OH&S requirements as client standards and requirements.
Accountable to set up the documented Occupational Health & Safety Management System and Documentation.
Dexterously carry out Internal OH&S System Checks on Project Sites.
Effectively liaise with clients, Project Management, PMT, subcontractors, legal authorities and other agencies.
Ensure compliance with EHS policy, standards/procedures and statutory requirement.
Solely responsible for preparation of departmental SOP’s and On-Site/Off-Site Emergency Plan.
Analyze and report environmental performance to internal and external clients and regulatory bodies; coordinate public hearings and consultations on environmental matters; interdepartmental coordination of compliance with environmental regulations.
Full accountability in planning, budgeting and coordination of environmental projects and studies through expert external agencies.

Ensuring compliance to all laws as required to Life Safety, Fall Protection, Fire Prevention, Emergency Procedures and Evacuation and other programmes as describe by the governing bodies.

Customize and deliver HSE training programs.
Managing, monitoring a team of HSE personnel to ensure workplace HSE Compliance and constant improvement.
Planning safety procedure and activity involving HAZID, JSA, JHA and HAZCOM.
Traffic Management and Road safety.
Pro-actively visiting to workplace and monitoring construction activities to control and resolving safety issues

Conduct weekly safety toolbox meetings with the engineers, supervisors and workers.
To Develop a safety checklist for movable and immovable equipments and machines used in the Site .
Try to create safe, health and eco-friendly working environment .
Give necessary awareness to all employees regarding good housekeeping and to implement on the site .
Conduct periodic inspections of employee’s toilet facilities, rest area, mess halls etc.. and make sure there is good hygienic condition .
Make sure that clean and cool drinking water is provided for all employees at appropriate locations .
Conduct daily work site inspections to identify and correct the existing hazards and unsafe conditions; specifically work on scaffolds, excavations, confined spaces, elevation works, grid blasting, crane lifting etc, and report to management .
Prepare a site inspection program for the site lifting gear, tools, safety equipments, fire extinguishers, etc
Conduct regular inspection at the job site to make sure that Color- coding system is properly followed
Conduct Safety Inspection to locate safety deviation if any, and eliminate them in the grass root level .
Ensure that all fire fighting equipment at the job site are maintained according to HSE procedure.
Ensure Hot-work requirements according to the procedure are complied with .
