Achievements:
-Initiated the idea of giving in house training to reduce the cost instead of using outside sources, this saved 39, 600 $ for year 2013.
-Recruited 90% of the resigned employees within 2012.
-Developed my staff by setting training needs, cross training plan for each and implementing job rotation between them and adding new competencies to their job.

Achievements:
-Built 3 years plan in 2009 for Employee Housing, Employee Facilities (changing rooms and staff restaurant); changing rooms, staff restaurant were renovated and started the renovation of two housing building.
-Monitoring and cutting cost of the staff restaurant with a difference of 5000 $; this was organized with the Executive Chef and the Purchasing Manager, without affecting the quality or quantity.
-Did Agreement with international recruitment agency and employed 24 Filipino ladies and men with less cost than other agencies and with a guarantee.
-Was able to raise the Employee Engagement percentage in the ESPS from 94% in April 2010 to 96% in October 2010.
-Tile Renovation for the Training room and Human Resources Department with zero cost.
Typing speed of 40-45 WPM in English / 35-40 WPM in Arabic.
