The Back Office (BO) includes a heavyweight of IT processing systems that handles position keeping, clearance, and settlement . So my work have a set of tasks include : Control and Auditing on the bank deals in there types ( Money Market, Foreign exchange, Transfers, Bonds ) or other types ... Work on Swift, Quantum & RT ( systems of the treasury operations center ) and Other Banking systems . Audit, Check & sort Reuters messages that done by FO ( treasury center) . Sort and isolate international and local Bonds and make it's reports . Do set of things as Q-Risk Reports, Deals Approval, GL, Cash flow, Transfer -rates, Gold and Silver rates and interest on the clients report, foreign exchange rates, Margin interest rates, end of work tasks (Accrual, Margin, Quantum Merging backup before and after, DB clean ), Filing important documents on their types . Make the report of closures of Amman stocks and audit, matched it, also extract reports from the investment system and do set of tasks on it .
