* Quoting prices and discounts, as well as credit terms, warranties and
delivery dates as per manager advise and approval.
* Preparing online creation files for new products or Brands and
provide all information after gathering from the suppliers or from
various possible sources.
* Preparing promotions for online and offline stores for limited period
of time and give all necessary information and file to the online team.
* Assisting team for preparing yearly sales forecast.
* Prepare brand quote sheets and brand presentations.
* Prepares purchase orders by verifying specifications and price.
* Forward available inventory items by verifying stock and scheduling
delivery.
* Obtain purchased items by forwarding orders to suppliers, monitoring
and expediting orders.
