My job is to support and consult the strategic level, with time and cost targets for the Company, Using risk management cycle & register, and applies research tools, such as SWOT, CSR, (social responsibility) & STEEPLE(Social Technology, Economic, Environmental, Political, Law and Legal, Ethical).

Key day to day responsibilities are:

Carrying out performance reviews for all Staff members as well as analyzing & reviewing sales and profitability budgets. I supervise a team comprising of sales reps, engineers and clients and motivate them through recognized management techniques.
Coordinating with the Projects Director for resources and day to day requirement for the project and financial matters. Such as, cash flow, balance sheet, profit & loss, break-even analysis.
I coordinate all stakeholders on a day to day basis, ensuring stakeholder management understanding their power and interest and influence through stakeholder mapping, internal, external or secondary and building rapport. I do this by maintaining close relations with client, subcontractor & suppliers. IE Stakeholder management.
This includes, helping to settle disputes through arbitration and legal resolution processes.
I also coordinate the Planning Department, for planning and monitoring purpose of the project through models such as: Fish-bone Diagram, critical path, mitigation plans, and generally have a two weeks horizon plan .
My intention is to achieve zero fatalities for a health and safety work place in the production process, whilst endeavoring to track and progress works as planned, taking into account ‘just in time’ system of procurement and use.
