-Create and prepare bidding packages for construction projects

Issues requests for quotations, agreements and Purchase Orders in SAP.
Performs pricing analysis and reviews contractor qualifications for award recommendations.
Issues contracts and master agreements for various services or materials.
Expedites, de- expedites and issues change orders to meet manufacturing, field plant or project demands
- Creating request for quotations (RFQ) /(RFP)and organizing competitive biddings from various suppliers to obtain the best quality, delivery, and price for goods and services.
- Complies with and executes Category Management strategy in accordance with policies and procedures
- source potential vendor/ supplier and evaluate their profiles to ensure their credibility.
- Prepare and process requisitions and purchase order .
- Coordinate and arrange supplier payments .
- maintain updated records of contracts, PO’s, quotation and invoices.
