As a Technical Delivery Manager I’m responsible for decomposing, refining, and documenting requirements using appropriate techniques, including use cases, diagrams, wireframes, functional and technical specifications. In addition, I lead the collaboration with business customers to define the scope for new projects, document risks and assumptions, develop the delivery approach. I also manage the e-commerce platform where I’m responsible for all business operations like up-sell configuration, A/B testing, coupons and products. I also manage the look and feel of the website in terms of home page panels, images, text and configuration. I also do basic QA of the website and menu and report all issues to the technical teams. This applies to all websites I manage in 9 different countries.
The project was establishing an Enterprise Architecture Practice for TakaMoL Holding. As a Jr Project Manager, I was responsible for project administration and support. Under the direction of the project manager, I've overseen the completion of project tasks and monitored adherence to perpetual project management process standards. As a Jr Project Manager, I followed up on open items and track issues ensuring the completion of each phase. I've applied my knowledge of the best practices in project management for project administration.
This master included real life projects in project management and in consulting.
