I am currently handling all tenders in Emaar Development, my responsibilities include:
1. managing the Etendering portal
2. keeping track of all ongoing tenders
3. Clarification of bid conditions and management of the tender preparation
4. Monitoring of the bid management in order to ensure it is aligned with the organization's requirements
the urban planning department in the
Preparing shop drawings using AutoCAD
•Monthly and weekly report preparation
•Updating progress of the work according to baseline program using critical path method
• Regulating the communication and cooperation that adheres to safety and standards
• Coordinate with cost consultant to establish project budget and cash flow
•Assisting the quantity surveying department in preparing progress claims, variations and estimation for new projects
•Preparing a short period look ahead programs using Primavera and Ms Project
•Assisting the contracting department in hiring of new sub-contractors
•Visiting the site and organizing weekly site meetings
•Organizing with the main head office in Australia and discussing progress
•Preparing the program using Ms Project and reporting to Australian Head Office
•Preparing the narrative report and sending it to Australian Head Office
Project Details:
•Owner: Dubai Electricity and Water Authority
Construction of DEWA (B+G+2F) Office Building and External Works
LEED Platinum certified building. A very significant governmental building as it is the second LEED platinum certified building in Dubai.
Follow up the progress of the work by visiting the sites
•Assisting the senior planning engineer in time scheduling, resources management (allocation & leveling) resources, submittals, organization charts, valuations, programming, (monitoring-recording-tracking reporting-controlling predicting) of progress, creating layouts and reports, method statements
•Preparation of bill of quantity for prospectus projects
