Analysis and Reporting
·Manage and handle customers complaints on daily basis, measure customers feedback of all products
·Generate VOC Report on daily, weekly and monthly basis,
·Social media monitoring (marketing posts and comments
manage).
·Campaign and offers running tracking.
· Keep the official website of Huawei Support app is updated
along.
Make decisions and better solutions to develop the site so we will get
less complaints,
Increase customers' satisfaction and give it the priority to be
handled professionally.
Education
studied Chinese and English languages in university of Jordan and got a scholarship in China, so I attended Liaocheng international school in Shandong-China I got another scholarship to attend a course to study “teaching methods” in 2018 I work with Huawei now since 2019 as voice of customer of Levant (analysis and reporting)
