Prepare and implement the annual operation plan to support the overall strategic objectives of Seagulls Out of Home & Broadcast.
Conduct, negotiate and finalize deals on behalf of management for local and international projects.
Develop, implement and maintain operations policies and procedures and optimize them when needed to ensure a proper implementation of tasks.
Manage, develop, and lead the operations & Media Traffic Department to execute assigned tasks.
Schedule, delegate and monitor work assignments for the operations and media traffic department and ensure all clients requirements and duties are performed efficiently and effectivity.
Manage and follow up on communication and relationship with the different authorities regarding media, advertising and operational activities.
Direct and coordinate department activities concerning production, pricing and product configuration.
Upkeep and Analyze warehouse spare parts inventory based on customer demand forecast to meet demand on timely manner.
Build strategic relationship with different vendors and suppliers to ensure the execution of each and every campaign based on clients and/or campaign needs.
Evaluate and update currently used systems by working closely with software developers and train employees on new software. Act as project coordinator for company’s Business Management System Development Project.
Prepare and revise occupancy, efficiency and revenue reports for Out of Home & Broadcast, and any other reports requested.
Follow up and oversee daily production and projects implementation whether done internally or externally for operations and media traffic department.
Devise and implement a contingency plans as needed for emergencies.
Configure and update new and existing networks configuration in response to market needs.
Establish and maintain a proper and positive work environment and solve any arising issues, problems or conflicts between subordinates.
Work closely with management to revise current rate cards and develop new rate cards.
Prepare and supervise daily, weekly, and monthly reports from Traffic departments pertaining to revenue, occupancies, and achieved targets.
Prepare and supervise daily, weekly and monthly reports from operation and ensure that all KPI’s are successfully met and executed.
Determine staffing requirements and assist in the processes of interviewing and hiring.
Work with management on assigned projects related to work field experience.
Ensure that the QMS & EMS procedures are followed by operations staff and communicated to relevant contractors.
Handle and follow up on the bookings directed from the sales team or agencies.
Following up with the outdoor operation team & liaising with designer on the delivery of artworks as well as the printing house.
Prepare contracts for the Broadcast department; segments, sponsorship, regular spots or even mentions.
Prepare contracts for the Out of Home department; Rentals, installations and Printing.
Gather Quotations for the Branding activities of the company.
Create the joint media plans as well as contracts between Seagulls & the Greater Amman Municipality.
Request quotations, sending scripts and following up with outsourced production houses.
Update the control sheet for the finance department; this regulates the process of issuing the invoices.
Prepare monthly, weekly or daily sales analysis reports for both Seagulls Broadcast & Seagulls Out of Home (work on Statex System, executing reports “IPSOS”)
Prepare proposals, agreements, plans, presentations, sales and media monitoring reports as required.
Analyze daily requests, schedules and logs to ensure proper distribution of advertisements and monitor overall segments availability.
Maintaining and developing client-business relationships.
