• Covering 48 stores within 4 countries in the Middle East
• Manage, conceptualize and ensure implementation of the brand strategy
• Coordinate with brand principles for strategies and plans
• Co-ordinate with buyers, marketing, territory teams and operations on a weekly basis determining specific visual merchandising needs for conceptualization and design of visual merchandising solutions
• Plan and develop the visual merchandising calendar for the concept in line with the marketing calendar
• Plan and develop seasonal window schemes with the production manager within the agreed budget
• Manage all construction and documentation of in store creative and window guidelines
• Plan and ensure development of new season and brand update store set ups
• Work with all the territory vm managers for development and training of in-store visual merchandisers on techniques, standards, space planning and store layout
• Coordinate weekly with the projects team ensuring new stores and refurbishments are on track, oversee all layouts, furniture and non-trade orders.
• Plan, execute and deliver seasonal external press events to promote new season collections
