 Coordinate with the logistics /insurance company and prepare the shipping documents, such as commercial invoice/ packing list/ COO.
 Follow up the delivery and make sure deliver the items to client on time. And update the delivery status form daily.
 Build the relationship with the regular suppliers and negotiate the prices with them.
 Explore and analysis the vendors resources

 Summarize the Local Purchase Orders received daily, confirm the stock, and prepare the delivery;
 Do the local purchases of the Non-stock item, such as the inquiry, make the LPO and arrange the collection of the goods;
 Assistant the account department to arrange the invoices and delivery order, and update the payment statue.
 Coordinate the sales and logistics department, update the delivery status daily.
 Update the suppliers and customers’ information regularly, and exploit new suppliers.

 Assist the customers and provide a excellent customer service.
 Use the strong sales skills/ interpersonal skills/products knowledge/industry trends to provide a good sale(including IPB/AVG)
 Request the best sellers from warehouse and make transfer out for the slow-moving items weekly.
