Job Responsibility:r composites.
•Inspect input raw materials. Exam and verify raw materials appearance and monitor raw materials inspection results. Approve qualified raw materials for warehouse entry
•Inspect WIP products and update inspection data base to ensure that WIP products meet product quality standards
•Inspect finished products, exam and verify inspection results and approve qualified finished products for warehouse entry.
•Organize project teams to review the standards of raw materials, WIP and finished products. Generate enterprise standard sheets and finalized the standard. Implement standards according the enterprise standard sheets in a monthly base
•Separate control of non-conforming products, organize evaluation of non-conforming products, organize relevant departments to rectify non-conforming products, and verify rectification effect
•According to IATF16949 Quality Management System Standard, identify the whole process of the company, establish the quality management system, compile the quality manual and procedure documents, issued and executed the quality manual and procedure documents.
•Organize each department to identify the process performance of each process and make monthly statistics of process performance indicators
•Organize internal audit of quality management system, 2 times as head of internal audit team and 2 times as internal auditor
•Conduct process audit in accordance with VDA 6.3
•As the main conductor to liaise with SGS for IATF 16949 audit and success get the IATF certificate for company.
•Provide training to company employee and organize quality management system training conducted by SGS
•Participate in SGS training on IATF16949:2016 system and obtain certificate as internal auditor
•Participate in quality assurance laboratory planning and equipment procurement, complete the preliminary establishment of laboratories
•Organize the company to conduct internal audit of quality management system and VDA6.3 process audit
•Participate in the pre-establishment work of SAP and MES modules for the group company, and compile quality assurance related processes
•Organize the annual budget preparation, objectives and work plan of the Quality Assurance Center
Warehouse Manager Apr, 2016-Aug, 2016
•Organize and complete daily input of raw materials and finished products
•Preliminary test for the appearance input material and audit quantity. And report to the quality assurance department after confirmation
•Responsible for vehicles arrangement for transportation of raw materials and finished products from warehouses to factories, factories to factories
•Organize cargo packing and transportation to port, to make sure on time delivery
•Monthly inventory count with financial departments
•Liaise with external logistics warehouses.
