Responsible for managing and streamlining the operation of the Hospital IT department and ensuring alignment with the business objectives and mission of the organization. Design, Build, Optimize Administer & Manage full IT Infrastructure and Applications to enable the business to meet its objectives, including IT Budgeting and Planning.
IT Operation Management, IT Service Management & IT Helpdesk Management.
Build IT policies and procedures for infrastructure, which should align to the overall IT policies and company Overall Objective & Policies.
Managing and reporting on allocation of yearly IT budget coordination with Finance Dept. Lead the Hospital Electronic Health Record(HIS) Implementation process as well as plan, coordinate, direct, and design all modification & Upgrade activities of the HIS.
Provide direction and support for Hospital IT solutions that enhance mission-critical business operations and work closely with decision makers in other departments to identify, recommend, develop, implement, and support cost-effective technology solutions for all aspects of the organization.
Data visualization (Dashboards & Reports) with MS. Power Bi & SQL Analysis Server. Design & Generate the Management & Functional Level reports & Dashboards from the Sage Mimsys ERP Databases & from various applications based on management Demand. Development of various Software Applications & Web Portals as per business requirements using C#.NET, ASP.Net with SQL Database.
Maintains organization’s effectiveness and efficiency by defining and delivering strategic plans for implementing information technologies.
Overseeing and determining timeframes for major IT projects including system updates, upgrades, migrations, and outages.
Preserves assets by implementing disaster recovery and back-up procedures and information security and control structures.
Analyze department needs, identify vulnerabilities, and boost productivity, efficiency and accuracy to inform business decisions.
Manage IT staff by recruiting, training, and coaching employees, communicating job expectations and appraising their performance. And follow-up on their personnel records such as timesheets, discipline, vacations, leaves etc.
Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time.
Manage and assessment of all IT Assets and Renewals of various IT Services License. Responsible for the Procurement of IT Systems & IT Subcontracting by obtaining competitive prices from suppliers within the budget as per required Technical specification. Manage & Administration of Windows Server 2012R2, 2016, SQL Servers & Active Directory Management, GPO, DNS Configuration.
Manage, Administer Enterprise Email System with Office 365 Exchange online.
Effectively utilize & motivate IT Team to work together in the most efficient manner. Conducting regular system audits and Running regular checks on network & data security. Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
Contributes to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.

Data Backup Management and Develop plan, measure and arrangement to ensure the continuous delivery of business-critical applications in case of any disaster or system failures plans to ensure business continuity.
Resolve issues, incidents escalated by technicians and engineers in IT Helpdesk Portal.
Effectively utilize & motivate IT Team to work together in the most efficient manner
Assist IT Manager for annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness for the IT dept.
Interact with executives, business users, vendors, and other parties to monitor the progress of projects and to facilitate any issues or obstacles.
Responsible for the Procurement of IT Systems & IT Subcontracting with good and cost-effective dealing with IT Vendors.
Mentoring, assisting and guiding the IT team members with best practices for the ongoing projects, operations and technical support for the organization.
Supervise staff, assign work activities, monitor performance, review results and courses and follow-up on their personnel records

Plan and maintain data storage environments (File Server, NAS Storages, Databases) including space allocation, Access privilege & ensure data security.
Provide support and guidance to stakeholders via help desk.
