Prepare the final budget files for members of the BOD meeting for review and approval.  Contract Management: Liaise between departments regarding new contract / contract renewal and get contract clauses verified at Finance and Legal level. Ensure all contracts (Expense and Revenue contracts) are reviewed and uploaded into the Contract Management System.  Ensure that hospital contracts with external parties are managed properly and in timely/cost effective manner. Prepares such for review and renewal by CFO.  Ensure that the medical staff in the hospital and clinics are covered with malpractice insurance. Liaison with insurance company by providing all supporting documents and acquire the medical malpractice policies on yearly basis. Negotiation for the policies is done by the CFO and Procurement Head  Ensure documents for CFO’s review and approval follows the hospital’s Delegation of Authority.  Organize all of the CFO’s travel arrangements, including visa considerations and prepare expense reports  Control supplier registration on the ERP system by verifying legal documents (trade license / VAT certificate)  Ensure administrative procedures are operated effectively which includes preparation of work and leave rosters for staff on the ERP System (recording, processing & reporting of staff attendance, sickness, and leave)  Control ordering and stocking of departmental supplies to ensure security and cost effectiveness.  Schedule interviews by liaising with recruitment team for departments reporting to CFO  Arrange for yearly and half-yearly performance appraisal of staff with the CFO  Assist the Group CFO in the group level activities which involves the Head Office (Mohamed & Obaid AlMulla LLC), Almulla Real Estate, Ishraaq Hotels, and Almulla Travels.  Provide occasional administrative support to the Finance Director.  Member of the Employee Activity Committee responsible for arranging activities for staff
