Close coordination with the construction team and sub-contractor for the preparation of Method Statement up to official submittal and approval as per project specification.
Conduct site visit and inspection.
Close coordination with the interface team, draft/technical team for drawings, road diversions and traffic management plans.
Attend meeting with Company and Contractor Construction representatives for Construction Method statement and Job Safety Analysis.
Close coordination with the construction team for the day-to-day inspection schedule
Review and verify subcontractor submittals such as Method statement, Material approval, Work Inspection request prior to official submittal.
Prepare site observation, deficiency, and nonconformance reports and follow up on the corrective/preventive action done.
Maintain a favorable working relationship with all associates to promote a cooperative and harmonious working environment.
Conduct Site Inspection and confirmation of rectification done at site as per punch list or snag list.
Prepare, coordinate with different department for the Final Turn over documents such as O & M manual as per the outline set and transmit them to the client base on the handover procedure.
Tasked with the civil/structural package component of awarded projects for implementation and coordination with concern project engineering disciplines, along with the proponent ensuring a smooth completion of the work.
Verification of subcontractor’s accomplishment and quantification based on site condition and accomplishment.
Conducting survey and as built of overhead power line distribution and cathodic protection station which include staking of the fence post, terminal pole, anode bed hole, anchor hole & power pole line.
Communicate with Saudi Aramco Project Engineers & Inspectors for job completion based on Saudi Aramco Engineering Standards & Procedures.
Check and verification of site works, clearances, and measurements of completed works. Reporting the daily progress and attending the progress meetings.
Record & compilation of all vendor certification, approved drawings, specifications, and catalog references for submittal.
