 Familiar with engineering drawings (p&id, isometrics, plot plan, PFD, GA), piping line classes and schedules.
 Familiar with application of international standard for process piping like ANSI/ASME B 31.3A and ASTM specifications with basic knowledge of ASME B16.5, ASME B 16.9 etc.
 Familiar with various piping material like stainless steel, alloy steel, carbon steel etc.
 Responsible in assuring all pipeline systems in accordance with the specifications, correct routing of lines as per isometrics and p&id.
 Ability to do mark-ups & resolving tasks for S.C.R(shop change requirements) and F.C.R(field change requirements).
 Ensure work execution in compliance with safety requirements and permit system (con-fined space, welding, and work at height).
 Coordinating with planning department on work progress.
 Keeping the latest revision drawings updated at site. Project documentation works as per standards.
 Plans, organize and executes fabrication and erection works in accordance with project schedule and erection sequencing.
 Developing Pipe Routing and Layouts in AutoCAD
 Generating Fabrication and Erection Drawings from 3d models.
 Supervise fabrication and erection crews and assign manpower and equipment in accord-ance with priorities.
 Coordinating with Superintendent and Construction Manager on work execution. Prepara-tion of daily progress report and forwarding to the planning department.
 Coordinating with fabrication shop on spool delivery
 Test pack preparation, gravity testing & pressure testing.
 Monitoring the routing of piping, preparation, checking and review of as built drawing and getting approval from the client.
 Estimating of material requirement after study of drawing and specification and generation of bill of materials for spools and fittings.
 Perform the tasks of preparing compliance statement for the project specification
 Handle responsibilities of preparing and submitting weekly working progress to the senior estimation engineer
 Responsible for assisting estimation engineer in preparing technical and commercial bids
 Handle as well as prepare a list of all costs that were incurred in the project like temporary facilities and other expenses
 Perform other essential tasks under the instructions and guidelines of senior cost estimate engineer
 Responsible in the supervision of fit-up, welding and erection of pipelines, in pipe racks, line tracking and handling punch list works, fabrication and erection of structures and erec-tion of equipment’s.
 To conduct the hydro test of pipelines and erection of equipment’s.
 Ensure the sequence of work by Civil, Steel structure, Equipment, Piping & Electrical de-partments.
 Make sure the client requirement as per the priority system.
 Preparation of weld map for site condition.
 To carry out re-instatement of piping and report preparation for installation of valves, re-move temporary valve, gasket etc.
 Ensure all method of statements and procedures, installation manuals and ITP’s comply with the project specifications.
 Planning and checking of work progress and schedules to meet the deadlines/target dates.
 Coordinating with quality control departments for quality approval and representing matters with the client.
