PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The Project is Located in the Municipality of Tubod, Province of Lanao del Norte. The Project is divided into three segments which cover a total length of 53.76 Km.
It is delineated in the following works:

• Lean Concrete (Base Course)
• Removal & Replace of Existing PCCP
• Construction of new Portland Cement Concrete Pavement
• Construction of two (2) PSCG Bridges
• Construction of one (1) RCDG Bridges

• Slope Protection: Gabions, Reinforced Retaining wall, Stone Masonry Wall, Geoworks System Wall.
• Drainage Structure including Head Wall/ Wing Wall & Catch Basin Concrete.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible for the Project Quality Control of the three segments which is the Segment-1, Segment-2, and Segment-3. Monitor and control the Quality of all materials involve in construction activities such as, Soils, Aggregates, Concrete, Cement, Steel bars etc., in compliance with the specification and standard testing procedures (AASHTO, ASTM, ACI and DPWH Standards)
• Prepares Quality Control Program on all items of works applicable for the project implementation, review and evaluate pertinent notes specified on the contract plans. Making sure it will correlates to the given Special Provisions, Addendum and Supplemental.
• Prepares daily laboratory activities, supervise and perform all material related testing activities at field as well as in the project testing laboratories.
• Source-out and investigate probable sources of materials needed for the project and conduct immediate and necessary quality test and advice the Project Manager the suitability of the materials before incorporating into a permanent work.
• Prepares Concrete Mix Design in accordance with the ACI.211 for major and minor concrete structures
• Check and investigate any failed test results of the quality test of concrete and troubleshoots using a sound engineering judgment and introduced any other alternative means of testing relative to standard specifications.
• Prepare Monthly Materials Report to ensure that all works accomplished complies with the specification requirements and update the minimum test requirements reflected in the status of test.
