Duties and Responsibilities
• Monitor inbound and outbound shipments.
• Responsible for unloading of the incoming shipments.
• Ensure documents for incoming shipments are complete as to attachment and data (i.e. Airway Bills, Bill of Lading, Local bill of entry, etc.).
• Generate Advanced Summary Notice to process the receiving.
• Receives product using the RF scanner.
• Ensure that the actual product receives are tally with the product on the ASN.
• Generate Received Summary Reports.
• Put-away the products to their suggested location.
• Forward to Division all discrepancy reports received.
• Allocate and generate picking list as per Division.
• Input into Outbound monitoring files, all the allocated picking list.
• Responsible for picking and packing.
• Pack and shrink-wrap the products.
• Forward a copy of packing list to the Division.
• Prepare Delivery notification as per order.
• Arrange and verify goods for dispatch.
• Responsible for loading of the outgoing products.
• Replenish and Cycle count.
• Perform special project as required by superior when necessary.
• Keep neat and clean warehouse premises.
• Observe and comply with company rules and regulation.
Participate in company operations on warehousing and store keeping.
