• Managing Al Ain Branch Non-Motor department, responsible for all inquiries related to Non motor department for Al Ain branch
• Engineering, and FGA underwriter for Al Ain branch, (request required documents, prepare quotations, survey, renewal notice, and maintain all records)
• Engineering, and FGA policy issuance operation (administration process, to review policy terms, and conditions, prepare, and process the document accordingly)
• Handling Monthly renewal process (creating reports, risk analysis, loss ratio, survey send renewal invitations, issue policies)

• Process all types of insurance claims - Fire, General, Marine, Motor, Life, Medical, and other casualty lines.
• Supervise, and handle the claims administrative operations process.
Receive claims intimation from insured, deliver it to the insurer, relate the intimated claim to the existing policy, prepare the claims supporting documents, prepare claim summary, and update the summery at each step, advise insured on loss minimization, arrange survey appointments, appoint Loss adjusters, follow up for the claim reports, and calculation, follow up for the claim settlement, till the claim payment is over.
• Archive the claims in soft, and hard copies.
• Create loss ratio for all the company portfolio.
• Market the company products.

• Supervise, and handle the claims administrative operations process starting from receiving claim intimations, system registration, acknowledge the intimated claims with a reference number, create claim files hard, and soft copies, request the claim required supporting documents.
• Reinsurance claims operations.
• Claims technical study, prepare claims summary, management approval, negotiate settlement with the insured, claim payment, supervise salvage process, and finally archiving.

• Issue all F & GA class of business. Review policy terms, and conditions. Prepare, and process the document accordingly.
