1) Acts as the company representative to ensure that the work on site is moving smoothly and according to the project Time Frame
2) Check plans and arrange to solve all mistakes or problem may delay project dates.
3) Arrange between contractors (main and sub-contractor) not to have conflictions.
4) Follow-up the consultant to maintain Project standards.
5) To ensure all materials used and work performed are as per specifications, and contractor is working as per the drawings.
6) Ensure that quality control methods are applied.
7) Finalizing Contractors payments according to company policies and procedures.
8) Reviewing Daily reports by analyzing information, recommending actions and conduct meetings.
9) Maintain Company milestones dates concerning tenants.
10) Communicate any problems on site with the Construction Manager, and have the ability to solve the problem on site.
11) Prepare Project documents, contracts, Budgets and reports as required.
12) Following up with Government relation regarding Sewer, Water, SCECO, civil defense and municipality related issues.
13) To manage the site on a day to day basis that includes monitoring the labor force and subcontractors.
As a site engineer in Luberef Yanbu refinery expansion project And Marafiq Yanbu 2 Water & Power project with responsibility to maintain projects productivity with assurance of quality as per ARAMCO slandered and safety roles and following up consultant aspects to achieve project goals.
Responsible for execution of concrete works, steel works, quantity surveying, finishing and decoration for three structural buildings (housing building and small shopping complex and gas station).
Responsible for all road projects with Ministry of Public work that it matches with standards and passed laboratory tests, assure that work team follow materials specs. with productivity aspects, follow with ministry relations to achieve projects goals.
Ensure that all materials used in the site as per engineering specifications and standard matching with drawings.
Prepare Project documents, contracts, Budgets and reports as required.
To manage the site on a day to day basis that includes monitoring the labor force and subcontractors.
Worked in coordination with other workers in government repairs and upgrades.
Verified and monitored the smooth flow of work processes according to construction engineer’s instructions.
Followed instructions received from the supervisor/engineer to the letter.
Bachelor Degree • Jordan University of science & technology: started 2007 - finished at September 2011.
