• Managed an ISO 9000 certified quality system for the iDEN Subscriber Division. Expanded this system to include manufacturing facilities in Asia and South America.
• Conducted internal audits, wrote and approved process documentation, and initiated self-assessment programs.
• Collected and analyzed quality and productivity metrics for manufacturing and administrative functions, and drove corrective actions to closure.
• Conducted ISO registrar sanctioned audits on other Motorola businesses, and provided technical guidance to other sites.
