• Assist the CEO, CHRO and COO by scheduling their meeting and interviews and preparing their official memos and Emails.
- Assist the recruiters with full-filling their business's job's vacancies by sourcing, screening through social media, recruitment websites and walk in job applications.
- Prepare employment contracts for the selected candidates.
- Coordinate with the candidates to inform them about their status and the required documents.
- Coordinate with the hiring managers to schedule for interviews, to check for their availability and to book their calendars for weekly meeting (manpower recruitment update) or for the technical interviews.
