Lead the daily warehouse operations including the logistics missions, receiving/shipping items from/to the warehouse.
. Manage the assets, Property and other attractive equipment inventory.
. responsable for the generators log sheet and maintenance.
. responsable for all vehicles and drivers.
. Track the open PRs, contact the suppliers, prepare the POs and arrange the procurement and delivery of the equipment to IRC.

. issuing the requested items to IRC staff and and receive the returning items to the warehouse.
. responsable for the sycle and anniual physicall inventory for all asset belong to IRC Baghdad and other offices at 5 Governorates.
Supervise the Embassy Warehouse and its daily operations, This includes $1.8 billion of expendable and non-expendable Property belong to State Department, Supervise 35 people (Iraqi & Third Country Nationality),
$700 million, 850 employee and 18 sites, Manage the government Property run by USAID/RTI under Local Government Project for second and Third Phases, Supervise 40 People of Property/Warehouse at 18 sites around Iraq.
Supervise/Train the Property Control Officers of 18 Regions around Iraq, Support the NPM in regards the daily warehouse/inventory operations this includes sale/dispose the unserviceable equipment.
Responsible for maintaining accurate files for each piece of equipment as directed by the Property and Financial Accountability requirements, to include cradle-to-grave record keeping. updating the Property database, to include establishing property accountability for new equipment and posting changes in serial numbers, locations and make/model descriptions as needed.
Performing Wall-To-wall physical inventory for all Controlled property in HQ and reporting the information directly to the property management, notify the property office by any missing or damage found at once
Manage the Sales of the Main Branch For Men's Wear and accessories.
Ordering/reporting the required items to our Vendors outside iraq.
Receiving/inspection of the arrival Shipments.
installing, monitoring and maintenance the fine instruments, controllers and sensors in the atomic projects.
