• Preparation and development of High-Quality Proposal/ Tender Documents in line with Tender Requirements, Co-ordination with Internal Stakeholders for Key Inputs, liaising with Clients/ Consultants on RFI/ Queries/ Clarifications;
• Responsible for Program Management that includes key Phases and milestones. Monitoring, Updating and reporting progress and impacts to Critical paths of projects and compliance in respect of the contractual obligations;
• Development of Baseline Programs as per the Project Specifications, Scheduling Principles, and Best Practices, liaise with participating parties to ensure programs are integrated with the Master Schedule and get it approved by the Consultant and Client / End User;
• Development of Resource Loaded, Quantity & Cost Loaded Baseline Program and generating ‘S’ Curves, Histograms, Effort Curves, KPI, etc.
• Performing Baseline Schedule maintenance, Control, and forecasting by obtaining activity status from responsible individuals, updating the schedule with status, and reviewing and performing analysis of schedule progress with respect to Performance and Effort.
• Participation in the identification and tracking of changes or potential changes to the project schedule, ensuring estimates of schedule impact are given visibility and promptly to the client and project management team.

• Handled Multiple Projects (07+ Projects) from Small to Medium Scale and managed teams within the Department.

• Administered all aspects of the project from conception to completion including Design management, Schedule management, Change management & Closeout.
• Responsible for all Civil, Finishing & Interior works which includes all Core & Shell works, Hard & Soft Finishing works, false ceilings & Partitions, Glazing & Facade works, Snagging, etc. till Handover.

• Developed overall Master Schedule (L3 & L4) & individual Schedule as per the contractual milestones w.r.t Packages & Activity coding system in Primavera 6.1 & MS Project 2010.
• Managed all cost & scheduling activities for all the packages as per the contract document milestones.

• Prepared deliverables schedule based on the scope of works for Civil & PHE works & updation in MS Project 2003.
• Prepared deliverables control index for all disciplines with percentage allocation for deliverable
against the delivery schedule.
