Responsibilities and Authorities

· To participate in project meetings to ensure proper coordination of SE activities within overall project requirements.

• Follow up with teams and provide Ericsson with updated tracking reports.
• Preparation of Site Installation Document (SID) updating all information on Ericsson Server & through the site handler.
• Support and help of engineers in the site for installation, traffic routing and integration.
• Provide required training for new engineers for installation, configuration, software upgrade and quality standards.
• Support & Help of draughtsman in the office for the preparation of Power & TRM Signaling Drawing for IE’s.
• Coordination with design Engineers if some problems faced.
• Provide all sites with requested materials.
• Apply for MDT’s (Maintenance Down Time).
• Coordinate with the customer to complete PAT (Preliminary Acceptance Test) at required time.
• Mini-Link installation (HC & TN 2, 6, 20P & Minilink E), configuration, alignment, troubleshooting and traffic routing for E1s and integration using MINI-LINK Craft 1.2 or MSM .
• Transfer traffic (cut-over) from old microwave system to new Ericsson TN during MDT and configure R3 TN.
• Configuration of DCN and IP addresses for Traffic Node.
• Installation, commissioning and troubleshooting for RBS2000 series (2206, 2302, 2308, 2216) using OMT software.
• Installation, commissioning and loading scripts for Ericsson Node B (RBS3206) using EMAS SW.
• Perform Test Call and Handover Test for GSM and WCDMA sites using TEMS Investigation or TEMS Pocket (Sony Ericsson Z750i).
• Installation, configuration, integration and troubleshooting of ADM Tellabs DXX 6340 using Tellabs 6300 Craft terminal SW.
