Support the Applications lead / team for development and management of one or more application portfolios in Smart Metering space with the objective of timely restoration of services and fulfillment of business requests thereby meeting service level commitments and continuous service improvement.
Key Responsibility
Conduct enhancement and implementation of business applications by analyzing the requirements of end users, testing the proposed solution, collecting and summarizing test data, and after business approval and confirmation, integrating the solution.
Responsible for liaising between IT teams, vendors and Customer (business units).
Coordinate project activities with business units.
Coordinate with onsite and offshore teams as necessary during development and service delivery.
Conduct in creation and distribution of knowledge and information with other team members and the company.
Ensure complete Knowledge transfer to new members on the team and to train users on applications and help them resolve application issues.

Resolve payment discrepancies; perform account
reconciliations with AR team and with the client.
Work Projects:
VAT Implementation project across the G4S KSA entities
- nominated to represent MSS department in the VAT Implementation project across the G4S KSA entities. This is a very critical project in H2-2017 and preparation is key because VAT liabilities are generally high, errors are subject to severe penalties and lengthy interactions with the local tax authorities. Act as a link between our team in KAUST and the head office in Jeddah (almajalG4S)
Key Responsibility:
Participate in employees hiring process; Supervise assigned subordinate officers; Assign and train them. Monitor and evaluate work performance; Initiate corrective actions and/or disciplinary procedures if necessary.
Receive and investigate complaints related to activities or personnel.
Identify issues and reports on problem areas.
Monitor and approve employee time records; Approve and process time off and overtime claims;
Develop employee Roastering;
Ensure adequate coverage/ replacements for vacationing and sick employees.
