Roles and Responsibilities:
Account Management
• Establishing and maintaining good rapport, working relations with travel agencies, private or government companies and other individual clients to ensure good business and prompt resolution to issues.
• Coordinate with front office managers and receptionist about bookings & reservations

• Liaise with clients/ companies about the status of in-house guests

Sales
• Manage sales for the 5 hotel / apartment properties of Ramee Group - Abu Dhabi
• Organizing daily sales visits and sales calls demonstrating/presenting the hotels
• Establishing new business by getting tie ups with corporate companies
• Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings
• Negotiating contracts
• Upselling rooms
• Maintain a high level of exposure for the hotel/ apartments through direct sales
• Implement and execute all sales objectives and action plans to reach and exceed targets set
• Ensure that selling strategies are adhered to during negotiations and maximize up selling opportunities whenever possible
Responsible in maintaining smooth operation of the spa
Develop marketing plans & ensure implementation
Holds regular staff meetings to keep staff up to date on all aspects of the Spa’s operation.
Responsible in payroll and other financial matters of the spa
Mobilization
Played a leadership role in the mobilization of ADEC Hospitality team, School Year 2012-2013, for Abu Dhabi, Al Ain and Western Region.
Successfully mobilized additional team for school year 2013-2014
Mobilization includes hiring, theoretical training, practical training, hygiene training, locating the schools’ site, transportation coordination, accommodation of staff, uniforms, salary advances, deployment plans & dry runs.
Supervise and Coordinate
Establishing and maintaining rapport with client (Abu Dhabi Educational Council)
Delegating tasks - making sure that colleague supervisors will foster teamwork to make the tasks and projects done efficiently and effectively
