ANY UNSAFE OR SAFE CONDITION AND ACT SPOTTED DURING INSPECTION MUST BE IMMEDIATELY RECTIFIED.AND MUST BE COMPLIED THE SEVEN GOLDEN RULES OF OUR CLIENT AND STRICTLY IMPLEMENTATION THE RULES AND NO ONE IS ABOVE THAT RULES IN THE BROWNFIELD AREA. AUDITING ANY TYPE OF WORK PERMIT.
CONDUCT SAFETY, HEALTH, ENVIRONMENT, AND SECURITY INSPECTION IN ALL TERMINALS COVERED IN THE COMPANY. ANY LAPSES IN THE COMPANY THAT REQUIRED TO THE GOVERNMENT AGENCIES MUST BE REPORTED TO THE HR/ ADMIN. MANAGER BEFORE THE MADE INSPECTION IN SITE.
CONDUCT HEALTH AND SAFETY INSPECTION AT SITE, ATTEND VSCC MEETING OR MINUTES, CONDUCT TBT AND EXERSIZE EVERYDAY. CONDUCT EQUIPMENT INSPECTION WEEKLY FOR TAGGING, WELDING MACHINE, ROTATING EQUIPMENT.
Assist supervisor to obtain permit to work, job hazard analyses, no permit no work policy.
Attend VSCC meeting regarding the issue about health safety and safe system of work for the active activities.
Conduct daily safety briefing or toolbox talk and observed the take 5 of supervisors.
Ensuring the completion of the natural project and meet the date completion without loss time and injury.
Investigate the accident to prevent re-occurrence and always pro-active approach in the risk areas.
Ensuring and fulfilled the commitment FPD such as tightness, cleanliness preservation, integrity of static, integrity of instrument, integrity of electrical, integrity of rotating equipment.
Daily endorsed of permit to work to renew signed and certified by the client.
Advised the fore warden to check the leak test all cylinders before and after working hours.
Daily check the hand tools and equipment if they are in good condition and updated colour coding and tags.
Monitoring the cable management and ensuring the access is clear.
Strictly monitoring of PPE which is appropriate to the activities.
Daily monitoring of good housekeeping before and after working hours.
HAZID and control measures ensuring that they comply and not forget to follow up.
Comply the three golden rules such as comply, intervention and respect for the client
Ensuring that we must comply the 12 lifesaving rules, such as work with a valid work permit, conduct gas test when required, verify isolation before work begins and use the specified life protecting equipment, obtained authorization before entering the confined space, obtained authorization before overriding or disabling safety critical equipment, protect yourself against the fall when working at heights, do not work under suspended load, do not smoke outside the designated areas, no alcohol or drugs while working or driving, while driving do not use your phone and do not exceed the speed limit and always wear seatbelt and follow the prescribed journey management plan and
