Responsible for the overall conditions and deployment of all company plant and equipment to satisfy job site requirements. Develops and updates systems and procedures to ensure the proper preventive maintenance, tracking and efficient use of plant and equipment are in line with company safety policies.

Responsible for the training and development of all staff in the division.




Establish the annual budget and staffing requirements of the Plant and Equipment division in line with the Company’s market and growth strategy.

Develop, maintain and update preventive maintenance program for all Company plant and equipment.

Develop, maintains and updates asset identification system for Company plant and equipment.

Provide input to the Estimation function and the Cost Control function with regards to the costing and productivity of plant and equipments.

Manage the process of scheduling and dispatching of plant and equipment to job sites in coordination with the Construction function so as not to delay site works.

Coordinate with Procurement for the hiring of plant from the market if it is not available within the Company.

Issue monthly invoices to the jobs and ensures internal payment of invoices and external hired Plant from the market with the Procurement and Accounts.

Ensure all governmental/legal paperwork and testing of plant is up to date and
in order.

Recommend the retirement of plant and the purchase of new plant.

Reconcile Company plant and equipment physically with the records of the Finance and Accounts function.

Research advances in plant & equipment technology to minimize dependence on manpower and time.

Maintain assets image and well being to meet company branding.

Conduct employee performance review.
