I work as an Ad Consultant for Future Vision, Bangalore. My responsibilities are:
1. Seeking new clients for Ads, determining the client needs.
2. Selling complete media offerings which includes print and Digital Ads
3. Work with the technical team to identify sales opportunities to grow client spending & achieve goals
4. Maintained strong relationships with the clients by having thorough knowledge of their needs.
5. Built relationships with clients demonstrating a solid work ethic and a positive attitude.
• Responsible for day to day communication with the clients with respect to assigned job requirement.
• Lead the operations to ensure program delivery, communication, and Challenge resolution.
• Understanding the staffing needs of the Clients and matching candidates against those.
• Responsible for sourcing and screening of consultants with respect to client requirements.
• Responsible for Quality Checks/reviewing the resumes and submitting it to the clients.
• Responsible for Conducting Weekly meetings with the team and Updating to CEO about Performance of individuals in the Team
• Active participation in client calls to get the better understanding of the requirements.
• Acted as a single point of contact for various client Managers and hiring managers for any escalations.
• Managing recruitment delivery across the clients through a team of 6 recruiters.
• Training and guidance to junior colleagues in regard with all areas of staffing
• Administrative duties such as interview scheduling, offer preparation, ordering background checks, checking references, on-boarding paperwork.
End to end recruitment: Sourcing, Staffing, and on boarding candidates.
Screening: short listing candidates sourced through portal (Naukri, Monster, Times jobs and LinkedIn) and validating them on their experience and interest on the role.
Lateral Hiring: Identifying right candidates with required Skill set and experience and make sure that it should match with the requirement as per the job description.
Staffing: Preparing Requisition gathering template and sending it to corresponding sourcing lead to initiate the sourcing. Short listing the profiles sourced and sending it to the respective hiring managers.
Hiring Inputs: Meeting with hiring managers to understand niche skill profiles.
HR Round: Conducting HR round for the selected candidates and negotiating salaries on company standards. Promptly informing the rejected candidates about the reason for rejection
MIS: Preparing reports on the no of closure, and offer decline numbers to ensure the flow of work to reach the aspire rates. Sending weekly, Monthly and quarterly headcount and hiring report
Client Management: Coordinated with various manpower consultants to procure resources for its operations across India, general screening of the candidate’s profile, short-listing them for the interviews.
o Handled trouble-shooting issues related to updating subscriptions, resetting Activation keys, refunds with the usage of tools like Nitro, Lasso and Digital River for Symantec process.
o Handled each agent’s performance monitoring, quality checking their emails & calls. Live monitoring, side jacking, and conducting everyday team huddles, preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports, which was submitted to the senior management on time.
o Worked along with the HR department and training department for recruiting and training of new agents for processes like SDRS (Seagate Data Recovery Service), Studyloft and SOT (Services on Tap).
o Assisting customers at the customs office who came on TR (Transfer of Residence) usually from the USA, also handled inspection of goods at ICD (Inland container depot) and at MSIL complex at the old airport
o Handled filing of documents for shipments, this includes both in Air Cargo Complex, Bangalore and ICD (Inland Container Depot) Bangalore.
o Handled the entire logistics and documentation process for state and interstate transport of goods
