▪ Indented repeats of particular brands as per the movement of stock and customer requirements.

▪ Created Grids and ratios which help in making out the exact movement of the SKU including fast moving, slow moving and dead stock.

▪ Monitored ROP, MSL and MBQ for proper OFR and fill rates.
