Maintains web system performance by performing system monitoring, analysis, and performance.

Support in organizing INWRDAM training workshops and conferences.
Following up on standard procedures for proper software use of internal teams. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including use of Dropbox Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues.
Track computer system issues through to resolution, within agreed time limitsRefer to internal guidelines or external resources to provide accurate tech solutions.
Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time.
Follow up with clients to ensure their IT systems are fully functional after troubleshooting.
Prepare accurate and timely reports.
Document technical knowledge in the form of manuals, presentations.
Create video and image-guided tutorials with open-source software.
