- Accountable and involved in all aspects of project management from initiation, and planning to project execution, control, and closeout.
- Responsible in coordinating and maintaining relationships with all key stakeholders involved in the project including clients, consultants, contractors and construction workers.
- Responsible for completing projects within budget. Experience in budget planning, cost control, and managing payment schedules and variations/claims according to contractual requirements.

- Organizing school and college visits to the university including supervision of school/college groups, helping and interacting with visitors, coordinating team building activities.
- Working on aspiration building and marketing activities in regional schools and colleges; including presentations, demonstrations and workshops.
- Organizing excursions, and educational trips for newly enrolled international students at the university.
- Database and inventory management of student records and locker sales in the college.
- Maintain and control the budget, accounts, and generate year-end balance records.
- Customer service, and sales in charge for locker rental to new and returning students.
- Performing routine maintenance of specialized drilling tools in the electronics laboratory.
- Specialized in inspection and maintenance of Scillicant Gamma Ray Tool.
- Involved in disassembling of heavy duty pipes in the Slick line Department.
- Log keeping of daily scheduled tasks, and in charge for minute taking of meetings.
- Generating ideas, and strategies to increase the market shares of Internet Explorer 9 in the region.
- Presentation of functionality of IE9, and promotion of the product at malls, and events.
- Part of the team that increased the shares of IE9 in Qatar by 3.7% by the end of internship.
- Managing the photographers and media personnel attending the venue and providing them with accreditation, access and support.
- Leading the media assistant volunteers, and allocation of roles to the team members.
- Daily, and weekly reporting of the photographer’s and media personnel’s activities.
