I have led the local Financial, Administrative & Controlling team in order to strengthen the links between the parent company (Italy) and the local subsidiaries. Main achievements have been: finance management completed, implementation of an internal cost control system and set-up of merge by incorporation project with a local company.
Since 1967 Tecnotelai develops, manufactures, selects and distributes industrial and office furnishings, being often involved in its customers’ projects in order to follow their proper needs.
After a starting period acting mainly as referral person for the holding company, I have replaced the former general manager within a planned succession project with the main target to recover the commercial leadership in the referred markets. Recently, the company has started different activities to export its products abroad towards Central Europe, Middle-East and Stan-countries.
Grandi Salumifici Italiani is the leading group in Italy specialized in the production and trading of Italian meats and cold-cuts. The company started (at that time) a process to realize an IPO on the Star Market - Official Italian Exchange Market and the Internal Audit Department has been created to monitor and control management risks and to respect legislative requirements simultaneously. Together with the IA Function, the Internal Control Committee has been created to specifically comply to the requirements included in the 231/2001 Italian law.
S.d.A. Alimentos was the Brazilian branch of “Grandi Salumifici Italiani” Group, present in the South-American market since 2000, previously as a joint-venture with a local “Cooperativa” and subsequently as a fully owned branch. The company counted on 190 employees and produced around 1.000/1.100 Tons of sausages per month.
My responsibilities as a Managing Director - together with the implementation of a special restructuring project of the company - consisted in a recovery process by realizing a new commercial and operational strategy.
Almost completing an ultimate learning experience in order to further strengthen and grow my professional and personal skills at BBS - Alma Graduate School with the objective to widen and consolidate (in a 15 months period of time) my strategical, management and international approach competences
