• Coordinate & follow up with subcontractors/suppliers for their materials and drawings submissions and deliveries to meet the project specs and baseline program.
• Prepare minutes of meetings.
• Prepare time & cost implications for Variation submission.
• Takeoff quantities from BOQ for man hour working/activities.
• Coordinate with MEP for their programs, drawings submissions, and work on site.
• Attend client meetings and assist with determination of project requirements.
• Assist the PM in the drafting and issuance of project proposals.
• Prepare project organization and communication charts.
• Chair site meetings and distribute minutes to all project team members.
• Track the progress and quality of work performed with the QA/QC department.
• Use project scheduling and control tools to monitor projects plans, work hours, budgets and expenditures.
• Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to the client and project team.
• Ensure clients’ needs are met in a timely and cost effective manner.
• Assist the PM in the review of subcontractors quotations to ensure that only fair and reasonable pricing is recommended for approval.
• Track & manage contemplated change notices and change orders in the database.
• Communicate ideas for improving company processes with a positive and constructive attitude, and for developing this attitude in others
• Keep the Project Manager (PM) and others informed about project status and issues that may impact client relations.
. Prepare and share reports with allow the team to have a clear idea about delays, approvals, status of progress and problems encountering.
. Coordinate with subcontractors/procurement department and site team in order to submit their materials, prequalification & shop drawings on time in order to get the client/consultant approval and don't delay the project program.
. Prepare the waste management report on a monthly basis.
. Prepare a monthly progress report for the client and for company's top management.
. Prepare weekly progress report for client and consultant.
