Responsible of all Admissions related hiring, training and development. This school was a struggling school which had a negative bottom line and low morale, high turnover was high. In my tenure, the company came at a point of breaking even, however due to obligations to two other campuses, they could not afford my services. I prepared a high level marketing plan and growth plan, however the owners were not in a position to invest in new technologies. I was laid off for this reason and to this day, the company is still struggling.
Responsible of all Admissions process, procedures, hiring, training and developing of employees. The campus was suffering from low morale and low employee productivity which resulted in poor performance. Within my tenure, I was able to retain and hire a top performing team which resulted in high morale within the department and campus as well as significant growth of admissions and bottom line profitability.
