them ensuring all work in a healthy and safely work environment and minimize injuries and damages in
addition to guidance on all HSE Legal requirements and CoPs.

• Ensure the completion of risk assessments (all types) in areas of responsibility and follow up on corrective
action.

• Interview and approve HSE Staff being assigned for the project by Contractors.

• SAMA: Design and Construction of Secondary substations (33kV/13.8) to distribute power from the 33kV power lines
to the 13.8kV power which are fed by the 32kV/33kV Primary PSSs, by delivering reliable and stable power to the
downstream loads (Commercial, Residential, Industrial) within OXAGON Sitewide.
• ARANER: Design, Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement, Construction, Erection of Process Equipment’s, MEP
works. Cold side and heat exchangers of the ETSs.
• HIDC2 (ThyssenKrupp) - Methanol and Methanol to Gasoline Demo Plants: Construct, Test, Commissioning and Start

HSE (Health Safety And Environment) Specialist - Consultant
Activities:
* Make contact with Manager(s) of areas of responsibility, once per week.
* Meet with each Manager in their areas of responsibility, monthly.
* Meet with Safety & Environmental Prevention Division Manager / Section Head matters once per
week.
* Write monthly report on the status of the SEC 5-Star Safety, System for each department in areas
of responsibility and circulate to the concerned Management and Safety & Environmental
Prevention Division Manager / Section Head.
* Coordinate and ensure the implementation of the SEC 5-Star Safety System in their respective
departments and / or areas.
* Conduct 6-monthly audits using all elements of the Saudi Electricity Company 5-Star Safety and
Health System.
