• Develop Account Business Plan and ensure full implementation to deliver and exceed the planned volume, share, revenue and profit targets.
• Negotiate and sign the CDA with the customer on time and as per AOP and Financial Guidelines.

• Visibility & Access Points Strategy which fits stores types and ensure target’s achievements.
• Prepare Monthly Promotions Plan based on the Customer Promo Calendar and ensure it is properly followed by the customer.
• Prepare monthly brief to the Field Team which contains all details related to the Confirmed Activities with Customers (items, quantity, displays, prices, POSM, mechanics, etc...).
• Undertake a quarterly business review with the customer covering customer’s performance vs. target, implementation of the account’s plan and the outlook for the balance of the year.
• Develop an excellent Business Relation with Customer Head Office Team & PepsiCo Management Team as well as at Stores Levels.
• Undertake store checks alongside account visits and align Field Team across all regions to ensure availability and 100% Execution of all Agreements as per CDA and Trade Plans.
• Ensure a proper merchandising (Merch. Freq.) and Service Level (PO Freq.) as per the agreed Strategy with the customer.
• Prepare and submit all Credit Notes to the Finance team on agreed time duration.
• Conduct a monthly reconciliation with the Control team to review customer’s balance and resolve all the outstanding issues in terms of CNs, RTVs, rebates deductions to match the customer’s account.

• Assist KAD (Key Accounts Department) Modern Trade team in designing Promotions calendar.
• Support the OHS (Organizational Health Survey) agenda by leading the following:
1. In-touch sessions with the HR Manager on a quarterly basis.
2. Organize engagement activities as per agreed calendar.
