Managing diversified Talent Acquisition Team members are accountable for fulfilling the manpower needs at support office level with setting high standards for speed and quality
Driving the full spectrum of recruiting and selection activities
Creating and implementing talent acquisition strategies for the recruitment cycle

- Participate in the establishment of the settlement for the Nationalization programs (Is’ham)
- Implement and monitor Nationalization programs and strategies.
- Manage the reporting of NAtionalization Programs.
- Leading the communication with local Educational establishments including colleges and universities.
- Ensure proper implementation of the recruitment process of nationalization programs
- Ensure continuous communication with all candidates throughout the process
- Design and manage the selection matrix for choosing the optimum recruitment channel and recruitment source for Is’ham Programs
- Support the TA Head in the activation of employer branding activities in Saudi Arabia and beyond.

- Hired 240 Saudi, Fresh Graduate under Is’ham to be a supervisor in operation filed in 4month around the kingdom.
- Hired 50 Saudi, Fresh Graduate under Is’ham Leadership program to be a future leader for Panda.
Responsible to Ensure that all recruitment process & documents are complete it.
Designs, develops and maintain the management recruitment process in the organization.
Reviews performance and provide annual performance rating for the direct reports.
Plans and monitors training needs, provide professional coaching to the team to ensure that they have the professional capability to fully deliver in their role and that they are working on a personal development plan.
Builds a quality relationship with the internal partners and external recruitment agencies.
Responsible to improve and develop the social media and Company Career website.
Conducts job interviews for the managerial Levels.
