المهام الرئيسية:
1. إجراء المشتريات: تنسيق عملية شراء المواد والمنتجات والخدمات التي تحتاجها الشركة وفقًا للميزانية المعتمدة.
2. التفاوض مع الموردين: التواصل مع الموردين الحاليين والجدد للتفاوض على الأسعار، الشروط، والأوقات المناسبة للتسليم.
3. إعداد الطلبات: تجهيز وإرسال طلبات الشراء والتأكد من دقتها وفقًا للمواصفات المطلوبة.
4. مراقبة المخزون: متابعة مستويات المخزون لضمان توفير المواد بشكل مستمر وتفادي نقص أو فائض المخزون.
5. متابعة الشحن والتسليم: متابعة الشحنات لضمان وصول المنتجات في الوقت المحدد والتأكد من سلامتها.
6. التوثيق والتقارير: الحفاظ على السجلات المتعلقة بالطلبات والفواتير والعقود، وتقديم تقارير دورية حول المشتريات.
7. التعاون مع الأقسام المختلفة: التنسيق مع الأقسام الأخرى مثل المالية واللوجستية لتأكيد عمليات الشراء وتحديث المستندات.

Analyze purchasing trends and develop long-term procurement strategies .
Creating Unified Procurement strategies to ensure comprehensive procurement transformation. (Road Unified framework agreement).
Analyzing RORI to enhance our relationship with the strategic suppliers.
Maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc towards opening strategic partnership through pareto methodology.
Researching and evaluating prospective suppliers and Monitor supplier performance.
Monitoring and enforcing the company's procurement policies and procedures.
Develop and monitor cost-reduction strategies.
Following and enforcing the company's procurement policies and procedures.
Participating in Category Management Database towards catalogue creation of the ministry and municipals

I worked on calculating the Authority’s exchange budget for the year 2023
entering project data on the Etemad platform
auditing the accounts and some invoices for the Authority to ensure the accuracy of the payment numbers
I worked on an invoice with an error in the value added tax and the value of the municipal tax
and filing financial claims and communicating with some of them.
Companies to pay their financial expenses
