Business Development:
- Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; recommending equity investments.
- RFPs generating and tendering process.
- Lead the team to win high value RFPs and proposals with the value between 5-300 Million.
- Handling big governmental RFPs and big contracts.
- Determines proposal concept by identifying and clarifying opportunities and needs; studying requests for proposal (RFPs); attending strategy meetings.
- Meets proposal deadline by establishing priorities and target dates for information gathering, writing, review, and approval.
- Gathers proposal information by identifying sources of information; coordinating submissions and collections; identifying and communicating risks associated with proposals.
- Develops proposal by assembling information including project nature, objectives/outcomes/deliverables, implementation, methods, timetable, staffing, budget, standards of performance, and evaluation; writing, revising, and editing drafts including executive summaries, conclusions, and organization credentials.
- Prepares presentation by evaluating text, graphics, and binding; coordinating printing.
- Establishment of business ideas towards improving sales and marketing for the next 5 years.
- Evaluate the business expansion needs.
- Close collaboration with key stakeholders, including governmental entities, strategic partners and private sector companies.
- Commercial strategy and the development.
- Locate or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.

Project Management:
- Successfully managed 2-5 Million projects and successfully achieve the projects goals.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects .
- Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation.
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
as part of the sales team to improve both new and existing markets, involve in developing sales and pricing
strategies, and direct public relations with the companies that we have as a potential clients. Coordinate with customers
and the dealer network to answer and resolve their queries. Regularly deal with a diverse range of clients in the
private/public sector, evaluate competitor activity and developing appropriate responses. Create appointments to meet
new and existing clients, regularly draft business proposals and contracts.
Expertly supervise to re-attract inactive customers for trading, participate in attracting corporate accounts (listed
and non-listed companies). Convince the existing clients to not move their accounts to other competitor company.
Skillfully identify and research potential leads and opportunities, constantly improve existing sales processes
which will generate sustainable growth, and identify the customer's needs.
