•Focus on approved business through closing the new business deals.
•Conduct sales meetings with targeted clients.
•Respond to and follow up on sales inquiries for targeted clients by email, telephone and personal visits.

•Report number and volume of sales calls and products sold to both the Business Banking Distribution Manager & Branch Head on daily basis.
•Generate new bookings and follow up on closing large ticket deals in all liabilities, assets & trade finance products.
•Monitor and ensure regular feedback from all customers, and strengthen after sales service.
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, supervisors and colleague’s bank wide.
-Working as insurance specialist for Misr, HSBC & Credit Agricole banks, with responsibilities for:
-Coaching customer service team for the product sales
-Achieving a target of 1, 200, 000 L.E./
-Developing communication skills through dealing with clients in the sales and after sales process
-Setting the action plan with the branch manager for achieving the target and reporting to the main office
-Training and coaching to the branch staff to improve sales quality and quantity
