1. Recruitment and Staff Induction
•Continued involvement in and refinement of the recruitment process, including generating job descriptions, posting advertisements, and managing the hiring process

•Implement retention programs to deliver and achieve business results.


4. Automating HR functions and System
•Collaborate with HR System providers and ensure that the HR systems provide the correct functionality and give the requested reports.
•Collaborate with internal development team to automate all HR functions.
•Functional implementation for talent management system.
•Identify, initiate and implement HR automation needs for a more efficient function
•Maintain the integrity of HR data from various HR tools and systems
