Plan and organize legal teams and arrange legal schedules.
Assist in managing litigation to which the company and its subsidiaries are a party to it, through external lawyers.
Address and liaison with the legal registrars on developments that need coordination with the treasury on issues concerning judicial and legal processes of money collection.
Classify legal cases into civil, administrative and criminal.

Supervise the staff members of the legal department and make sure that they work efficiently on various cases.
Review the legal risks involved in various business deals and share the same with the management.
Handle various legal matters after understanding the client’s case.
Review the existing legal cases of the organization and work upon resolving them.
Hiring members for the legal department after assessing their skills and abilities.
Train the newly joined staff members on various legal aspects.
Providing legal advice to the management.
Analyse the risks while signing new business deals.
Analyse legal information and do the essential paper work.
Required to handle litigation management.
Required to review contracts and agreements and see to it that they comply with the legal norms.
Deal with external law authorities.
Attend special committee meetings and offer advice as required
