Handles different tasks such as telemarketer, telesales, consultant for possible clients, staff trainor, screening of VAs, selection of possible partners and also organizes seminar or skype interview.
Employers’ facilitation whether it’s a direct or a local or overseas agency, ensures that agencies were accredited in the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE). Do the Labor Market Information Analysis and Labor Supplied Demand Report to be forwarded to DOLE. Organize job fairs and other local employment.
Monitors and evaluated the employee’s performance and sales of the team. Review and creates each employees target. Enhances their sales techniques, style in answering phone calls and client’s inquiry to convert as client and teaches them in handling complaints or irate clients/callers.
During college days, I was a bus guide and handled from toddlers up to college level. It was a great experience as I had a chance to practice what I have learned during college and actual experience lead to fully understand my course and possible career in the future.
