- Supervise Well interventions in HPHT wells including :
- Coiled tubing operations; Clean out, Kick off, fishing, milling, and stimulation.
- Fracturing, injectivity tests, post frac cleanout
- E/line; perforation, PLT, CBL, corrosion, RST, ....logs.
- Slick line; GC, mplt, SPG, install/remove gauges and DHSVs, sampling....
- Well integrity test jobs; for well head and subsurface integrity.
- Audit and inspect equipment and personnel prior to operations and ensure compliance with QHSE standards.
- Prepare permit to work for well intervention operations: coiled tubing, wire line operations, well testing, and fracturing.
- Attend programme reviewing meetings and QRA (qualitative risk assessment) meetings and participate in improving job conditions .
- Perform tool box talk prior to the job and ensure personnel, equipment in compliance with job requirement and QHSE policies.
- Supervise CTU operations on site (well killing, N2 kick off, fill clean out, milling, combined coiled tubing /Slick line fishing, matrix acidizing, asphalting/salt wash, setting and recovering packers, plugs) following the approved programme provided by the wells management team.
- Supervise Wire line operations (Tubing clearance, Hold up depth determination, Running pressure gauges for BHP survey, RIH lock mandrels, bottom hole sampling, fishing)
- Supervise perforation operations.
- Supervise Fracturing operations, (Ensure all equipment are certified tested, and fit for service with compliance with QHSE standards)..
- Supervise pumping operations (Wash flow lines, Fresh water bull-heading, well integrity tests)
- Supervise onsite well testing operations and ensure it maintains quality and safety standards.
- Supervise all interventions concerning well head and surface installation equipment.
- Complete well interventions daily reports.
- Inspections to oil producer wells, water producers and injectors, gas injectors. well head and surface installations equipment.
- Record flow parameters, pressures, rates, temperatures and adjust when required.
- Perform visual Checks on separators, tanks and pumps, record parameters, find anomalies and intervene to ensure process safety and efficiency.
