Strategic Development of the Brand Karcher through managing and providing a competitive product range and prices for the professional products in cooperation with Karcher-HQ in Germany, sales and local distribution partners in MENA comprising a total of 13 countries. Recruit, train & manage Sales Managers and direct Salesmen. Manage, lead, support and monitor the direct sales team members (UAE) and the area sales managers (export countries). Followed by implementing improvements after evaluations. Product Lifecycle Management including planning and coordination of product launches and phase-outs, pricing (internal/external), all product related information including trainings. Identify, implement, train, monitor and manage the Karcher partners and dealers in the region directly or through the area sales managers. Prepare and participate in the major tenders. Maintain an awareness of movements and developments within all associated industries and competitors.

• New Dealers/stores in all export countries & the UAE through implementing a multi-dealer market policy for the Karcher professional products.
• Highest return on Investment in all Karcher subsidiaries (83 countries / 18% of ROI)
